Clean, pleasant hotel, there was a nice lobby. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and the location was easy in a commercial area out of town centre.

Stayed in air conditioned comfort room with shower and tea plus nice air con-very nice big bathroom. The service was very good, including attentive staff and a good bar.

There was a too hard bed.

Everything was very comfortable as always. This property was overall clean and proper. Charming location, not too far from new tivoli football stadium. The bar was spacious with tremendous staff.

Absolutely breathtaking view, contemporary bar - everything was fabulous. It was pleasantly decorated, good enough for shopping. Every staff member was knowledgeable! We loved our extra special stay there a lot.

I liked staff and location, they were lovely. Nice view of canal. The hotel was in a lively area. Charming lobby...

Wi-Fi was very poor, air conditioner was a bit noisy.

the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, clean. rooms were cosy and warm and bathroom was huge with a bath. the location was ideal, relatively near finanzamt aachen. easy check-in. it was as expected, had a really nice stay.

Food and people were superb, I loved that. Employees recommended me a restaurant. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. And it was lovely with the homey decor. Fast check-in, late check-out.

The room was good sized with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a sitting area. The employees were great. Truly enjoyed dining at Zum schonen Soerstal, set within 20 minutes' walk.
